The most dangerous tornado in recorded history happened in 1989 in the country of Bangladesh. Over 1300 people were killed in the tornado's 50 mile long path. The deadliest tornado in US history was in 1825, when the 'Tri-State Tornado' touched down for over three hours and killed 695 people in Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.
